Dosage:

Start with gentle massage. Gradually increase the pressure to firmness. Massage in the clockwise and anti‐clockwise, and upward directions for 15‐20 minutes, once / twice a day.
Precautions:

Avoid too hard massage. In case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, stop using the oil.
