Dr.Vasishth’s HIGRO tablet is a combination of four ayurvedic drugs – Ashwagandha, Kapikachhu, Shilajit, and Yashad.

Dosage:	• Adolescents (15‐18 yrs): 2 tabs tid; • Children (11‐14 yrs): 1 tab tid; • Children (6‐9 yrs): 1⁄4‐ 1⁄2 of adult dose, in crushed form; and • Adults: 1‐2 tabs tid. To be taken just after meals.
Precautions:	Avoid during pregnancy.
